Sri Marri Rajashekar Reddy, the Secretary of MLR Institutions has the distinction of establishing the Institute of Aeronautical Engineering, MLR Institute of Technology, MLR Institute of Pharmacy, Vardhaman Engineering College, Vidyanjali Grammer School at L.B.Nagar, Institute of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, approved by DGCA. He is also Treasurer of Indo-US Collaboration for Engineering Education A.P. Chapter.

Mr. M. Rajasekhar Reddy, a person with remarkable abilities and great acumen and a dynamic leader. He is known to be the dynamic mentor of MLR Institute of Technology who is always on the sprit to take the institute to newer levels in every aspect of an "Ideal Institution" and strives hard to make every dream a reality. He like his father Mr. M. Laxman Reddy, has a credit of establishing Institute of Aeronautical Engineering adding a new flavor to St. Martins group of Institutions, Vidyanjali Grammer School. Dr. P. Bhaskara Reddy, B.E.(ECE), M.Tech., Ph.D., F.I.S.E.E., MCSI, MISTE, the Director MLR Institute of Technology is a young and dynamic Professor of ECE, has 24 years of Teaching, Research and Administrative experience in Reputed Engineering Colleges & Industry. Recipient of Bharath Jyothi award in 2003 and Rastraprathiba award in 2004, has acquired various positions from Asst. Professor to Principal and published 9 Laboratory Manuals, 47 Research papers at National and International Levelon Education, Electronics Communication, I.T., Computer Networks, E-Commerce etc. Guided 5 Research Scholars for their Doctorates, about 30 M.Tech and B.Tech projects and Conducted 5 National Level Technical Symposiums on various topics in Electronics & Communications, Computers etc.

Research & Guidance: Published 9 Laboratory Manuals, 46 Research papers at National and International Level on Education, Electronics Communication, I.T, Computer Networks, E-Commerce etc. Guided 5 Research Scholars for their Doctorates, about 40 M.Tech., M.C.A. and B.Tech projects.

Professor Dr.K.Venkateshwar Reddy is an accomplished administrator.He has done is research work in the area of Mathematics.Prof. Dr.K.V.Reddy has got 16 years of teaching experience. Dr.K.V.Reddy is the coordinator for Industry Institute Interface Program.The college has undergone MOU's with various MNC's under his coordination. Dr.K.V.Reddy is the chairman of the Disciplinary Committee.He actively participates in all extra curricular and cocurricular activities organized in the college.

Dr.R.Kotaiah, the Director Marri Laxman Reddy Institute of Technology & Management is a Professor in Metallurgical Engineering. He acquired his B.Tech (Metallurgy) Engineering from REC, Warangal; M.Tech and Ph.D from IIT, Chennai. He has 2 Years of Industrial Experience and 31 years of Teaching Experience in JNT University at Anantapur and Hyderabad.

Dr.B.Chandrasekhar, the Principal of MLR Institute of Pharmacy. He obtained B.Pharm from UCPSc, Warangal. Subsequently he did M.Pharm and Ph.D from Kolkata, West Bengal respectively. He also completed MBA from IGNOU, New Delhi. He is the recipient of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) for M.Pharm & Ph.D programmes respectively and adjudged Best Research Paper Award at Indian Pharmaceutical Congress. Recently his name has been included in Asia-Pacific Who’s who for his outstanding contribution in Pharmaceutical arena.
